Our weighs take between 1-2 hours for a tow vehicle and caravan/trailer. Once your weigh is completed, you will receive a detailed printed report on GVM, ATM, GCM, GTM, TBM.

You will also receive individual wheel and axel weights, left and right percentages.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

1. Flat hard level surface, long enough for caravan to be attached to the tow vehicle.

2. A fully loaded Vehicle and Caravan as you would have it heading off on your adventure. Full tank of fuel, full water tanks, clothes, food.

3. All passengers in the vehicle if possible.

4. Make, Model and year of the Vehicle.

5. Compliance plates and any GVM or ATM modifications.

SOME COMMON ACRONYMS

GVM - Gross Vehicle Mass
This is the maximum your car can weigh including all passengers, pay load, accessories. It also includes the tow ball mass when towing.

GCM - Gross Combination Mass
This is the maximum your car and trailer can weigh hitched together travelling down the road fully loaded.

GTM - Gross Trailer Mass
This is the maximum allowed weight of trailer/caravan mesaured at the wheels while connected to the tow vehicle.

ATM - Aggregate Trailer Mass
This is the maximum weight of trailer/caravan while disconnected from the tow vehicle.

TBM - Tow Ball Mass
This is the weight applied to the tow hitch of the vehicle by a trailer/caravan. It must be included when measuring the GVM of any tow vehicle.
